Cool Kings customer reviews

Cory and his crew did a great job recommending a system to replace my old unit. They also helped me see where added vents and contacts would help even the flow to my house. They were diligent in coming back out to make needed tweaks to the dampers to get things just right. I highly recommend them. Kris was my main tech that got everything just right.

It was so refreshing to FINALLY deal with an honest person. Thank you Cool Kings, you have earned a customer for life.

New AC saves me quite a bit on my electricity bill really satisfied with the product

Service specialist, Kris Showers, was honest, on-time, offered various solutions and above all did not try to sell any inspection plans upfront in order to receive "discounted pricing" for work done. Honest crew. I will definitely use them again. Upon wrapping up work, I inquired if Cool Kings had an inspection plan I could purchase for future HVAC inspection and drain cleaning because I will definitely use COOL KINGS again.

Corey came to our rescue late in the afternoon after our AC had already not been working for a day or so. He was prompt in getting to the route of our problem and presented us with multiple solutions and recommendations for replacement units. After discussing our options we came to a decision later that evening, Corey was able to schedule his team to come out with new units the next day! From the time we called for an estimate to installation and a follow up, Corey and the Cool Kings crew were fast, friendly, and courteous; everything you need when you have people working in your home!

Great operation from start to finish. Will be calling Cool Kong’s for all my HVAC needs. Service and pricing can’t be beat. Mike Restoration 1

Cool kings has installed A/C units at both of my houses and I couldn't be more appreciative of their honest communication and how quickly and professionally they completed the installs! Cool Kings is the only A/C and Heating company I recommend! Amazing Service!

I called Cool Kings and they came over that same day to inspect my non cooling AC. I was lucky to have had an AC that served me well for over 14 years, but it needed to be replaced. Tyler and Chris came the 1st day. The very next day Tyler came back again to replace the whole thing. The owner and his father came as well. They did a GREAT job and I have been loving the new YORK they installed.

Absolutely incredible service! After being lied to by three companies who shall remain nameless, and a certain scam of a home warranty company, Trevor showed up with some very welcomed honesty. Austin could use more people like him and companies like yours. He even took the time to show me exactly what they had lied to us and our landlord about. Saved him a complete system installation and had us up and running in no time compared to the day and a half of runarounds. Thank you! You're welcome in our home anytime.

Fast and efficient and most of all affordable. Great customer service. Awesome people skills. Great all around. Thank you.

A great experience with Networx Web... and Cool Kings called me back within 10 minutes! Made an appointment on next day, Tyler came on time, diagnosed my AC and explained problem that he found to me. He come back next day on time, fixed my AC problem in less than 2 hours, resolved the temperature cannot get down issue that two other companies cannot provided right way to resolve it. The AC is running well now. I really appreciated Tyler Rolirad hard work. He is humorous, kind, friendly and very professional. Excellent job Tyler !

Just had a new system put in by this company. They were very professional by providing options along with the pros and cons of the options. If you need ac work I would highly recommend them.

We will definitely be referring people to Cool Kings. Installation was a breeze and they took the time to educate me regarding my ac. In this heat, you need a responsive company and Cool Kings was definitely that. Thanks again for everything!

I can't say enough !

Kris came out on very short notice and was able to get our AC blowing cold. He was very thorough in his search for the problem with regards to our troubled AC unit. He seemed very knowledgable and competent. I will certainly give him my continued business and refer him to our friends.

Wow! I'm thrilled with this company! Our renters called on Sunday afternoon saying the ac went out, and by Wednesday afternoon the new system we purchased from Cool Kings was installed and blowing cold air. Corey and Tyler couldn't have been easier to work with, didn't put us off, offered financing, and just really tried hard to be helpful guys. They've earned our loyalty!

Wonderful service from the first call made. Your knowledgeable and polite crew was out here faster than expected and had the house cold again in record time. Not to mention we were beyond pleased with the prices. THANK YOU again for accommodating my call so late in the evening!!

Amazing service! When our AC went out in the middle of the night Cool Kings saved our bacon. They showed up before 8 am the next morning and had us up and running in about 30 minutes! I thought we were sunk, that there was no way we were going to be able to pay the emergency expense. Much to my delight, the repair ended up being extremely affordable. They only fixed what was necessary and informed us of future needs without pressure. #blessed

Corey is great!! They got me fixed up right away after my AC went out in July. Great family business that know what they are doing. This is definitely my new AC company. I highly recommend.

Wonderful, family-owned business that has saved us from catastrophe a couple of times over the years! They are knowledgeable and reasonable.

Won't use anyone else. Period. The short: catastrophic failure of system causing water damage to large portion of home. After waiting for a predatory service vendor from our home warranty company for over 7 hours and then trying to take advantage of our situation by over $2000. I denied and called Corey after dinner time. He sent Chris that night. Expert knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy was welcomed after the previous tech's visit. Next day at 9am, they had their crew out there. Complete system in by lunch and nearly half the cost of that predatory service company. They are passionate experts who truly take care of their customers. Thanks guys, will be singing your praises to all we know!

We have used Cool Kings for A/c repair in our home a couple of times, different issues each time. They have been nothing but professional, responsive and dependable. They have fair pricing and walk you through everything. It's nice to know that there are reliable repair-men out there that you can truly count on. You won't be disappointed using their services!!

This is the second time I’ve used Kris with Cool Kings, once for a repair & most recently a replacement install. I am impressed with their quality of work & service. Prices and warranties are competitive in the industry, believe me I checked. Thank you Kris, your level of quality & service is rare these days!

This guy knows his stuff, honest and great prices..would defently use them again..highly recommended! Thanks

I came home from vacation to an A/C issue. I called Cory and he came as soon as he could. Got us up and running and then came back to replace our fan motor that obviously needed replacing. Prompt and dependable service from a great team! If you have a problem, call them now!

Excellent Service. Derek did an exceptional job. Called Friday afternoon and they were here first thing Saturday morning. Fast, friendly, good price.

As I hear it, Corey (owner of Cool Kings) has done a ton of work in the Buda area. I told him where I lived and before I could say what the problem was, he already knew what the problem was. No BS, No money up front, on time, fast ac repair. I will be recommending him to everyone I know.

The Cool Kings team was AMAZING! This family-owned business was SUPER responsive to my email inquiry. They bid against two other large local corporations, and not only came in 30-50% less cost for comparable equipment but they only took one visit to review the premises, cover their recommendations, and bid. Both other companies took two visits---not very convenient for a homeowner who has an office job and difficulty getting home for contractors. The other companies took up to 3x as long on their inspection and bid process. All companies were able to provide financing, but Cool Kings took care of the entire application process and I had an answer within an hour. Cool Kings were able to schedule me for installation just a few days after their bid, and arrived promptly, ready to go. Not only was I super-impressed by their work ethic, I was also amazed that they swapped out two pieces of equipment in real time with their supplier---they weren't satisfied with the out-of-box quality of the equipment (dings and dents) and made it perfect! Cool Kings has also taken care of all of the warranty and rebate paperwork, and have continued to prove highly responsive after the installation. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with them during the 2x/annual warranty visits, and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to have HVAC work or equipment installed.

Cool kings fixed our Heating/AC thermostat system that the builders forgot to install correctly that was causing our air to constantly run. Cool Kings is one of the most professional and honest heating and cooling company that you can find in Central Texas. I highly recommend their services. Their quality and expertise is the best on all levels!!!

Repaired our duct work and installed new duct in our remodeled room. Excellent service and great price. Will definitely use cool kings again.

We used Cool Kings when my retired parents were having ac issues. They were quick, honest, professional, and very reasonably priced. I felt like my parents were in great hands!

When it was time for a new account and heating unit, we had a friend refer us to Cool Kings. Corey was professional, work was performed quickly. It has been a month now and everything is working great. And the price was reasonable.
